Are you ready to inspire, empower, and uplift girls and women in your community? The American Miss National Pageant (AMP) is seeking dedicated women to join our team as State Directors—leaders who are passionate about celebrating intelligence, ambition, and kindness.

AMP is more than a pageant—it’s a movement. Our team of women supports and cheers for one another while providing a positive platform for contestants of all ages. Each state pageant gives participants the opportunity to shine, build confidence, and showcase their achievements.

American Miss offers opportunities for girls and women at every stage of life:

• Mini Miss: Ages 2–4 
• Young Miss: Ages 5–8
• Preteen: Ages 9–12
• Jr Teen: Ages 13–15 
• Teen: Ages 16–19 
• Miss: Ages 20–25 
• Ms: Ages 26+ 
• Mrs: Ages 18+ 
• Elegant Miss: Ages 50+ 

Each year, AMP proudly supports Shriners Hospitals for Children, ensuring that the tradition of service remains at the heart of what we do. Our directors and contestants alike embrace the value of making a difference in their communities.

As a State Director, you will:

• Organize and run your state pageant in accordance with AMP rules and regulations. 
• State Directors will mentor and guide their state winners, helping them prepare to shine on the national stage at the American Miss National Pageant—coming to the New England region in 2026.
• Provide opportunities for growth, leadership, and community involvement. 
• Be part of the official AMP Leadership Team at the 2027 American Miss National Pageant. 

State winners will proudly represent their state at the American Miss National Pageant in 2026. Runners-up at the state level will also be eligible to compete for AMP National Royalty titles in their division.
